Visualized parts of Both ovaries have normal in saze with normal echopattern with no sign of solid or cystic lesion U. B is near empty and evaluation of pelvic organs is suboptimal . However no evidence of Gs is see in endometrial cavity

Apocket of fluid measuring 18mm is seen in the cavity correlation with TVS for better evalution is recommended.
